IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Since 2002, the TahitiPetey Foundation was the inspiration behind a number of TahitiPetey branded for-profit business concepts.
Over the years, Petey, our Founder and President, entered into a number of failed TahitiPetey joint venture projects and brand licensing agreements with third parties, in an effort to establish a sustainable long-term revenue stream to fund his Foundation's programs.
Beginning in October 2006, Mr. Ortmann began to cancel all of these for-profit agreements and joint venture rights, and intends to seek legal actions for damages caused by misrepresentations by third party owners and related parties.
We will also seek legal actions against those who use our brand name, trademarks, copyrights or service marks in the course of any business enterprise, under the laws in their respective country, including our Affiliates outside of the tools we provide them.
Any and all published information dated before April 2007, concerning any TahitiPetey branded product, program or company not found on or linked through this web site directly, including any prior public press releases found on Google or elsewhere, should be considered inaccurate and outdated, and should not be relied upon as being factual information.
We reserve all rights to further develop, joint venture or introduce TahitiPetey branded products or businesses in the future that meet the Foundation's long-term vision and objectives. Contact us for additional information.
